Synopsis
Step into the Triviaverse, a neon-drenched animated dimension where a mysterious trivia master challenges the viewer to rapid-fire rounds of questions across every imaginable category, history, science, pop culture, geography, and more. The viewer answers each question against a ticking clock, and correct answers unlock deeper levels of the Triviaverse while wrong answers trigger comedic animated consequences. The branching structure means that different combinations of correct and incorrect answers lead to entirely different animated sequences, visual gags, and final scores, making each playthrough a unique experience. Designed for both solo and group viewing, Triviaverse is Netflix's purest gamification of the interactive format, less a story and more an arcade-style trivia challenge wrapped in eye-catching animation, built to be replayed competitively with friends and family.
How the Branching Works
Triviaverse features 2 distinct endings. At key decision points the film pauses and presents your options, your choice determines which scene plays next, reshaping alliances, outcomes, and the story's resolution. With 15 minutes of total footage spread across these branches, a single viewing reveals only a fraction of what the film contains. Replay to discover hidden subplots, alternate character arcs, and endings that only unlock when you choose differently.
