Terms and Conditions for Treezy Play

These terms are an agreement between you and Treezy Technologies Inc., 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States. They cover the Treezy Play mobile apps for iOS and Android (package com.treezy.play) and the website at https://treezyplay.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Treezy Play is an interactive movie streaming service. You watch original films in which your choices change the story, and characters can call you during a title. Titles are delivered by streaming. Nothing is sold to you for permanent download or ownership.

Our titles contain mature themes and strong language. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account.

You are responsible for keeping your sign in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at hello@treezyplay.com if you believe someone else is using it. You may delete your account at any time. Instructions are at https://treezyplay.com/delete-account.

Access to titles requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store and by Google through Google Play, not directly by us.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the Treezy Play app or your Treezy Play account does not cancel a subscription on its own.

Where a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Prices are shown in the app before you buy. We may change prices in future billing periods, and you will be told before a change takes effect.

Because Apple and Google are the sellers, refunds are handled under their policies. Request a refund through the App Store or through Google Play. If their policy does not cover your situation, write to hello@treezyplay.com and we will do what we reasonably can to help.

The films, images, audio, music, characters, software, and trademarks in Treezy Play are owned by Treezy Technologies Inc. or licensed to us. Your subscription grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to stream them for your own private, non-commercial viewing. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

You may not copy, download, record, screen capture for redistribution, rebroadcast, publicly perform, resell, or create derivative works from any part of a title. You may not circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any technical measure that protects the content.

Do not use the service unlawfully, do not interfere with or disrupt it, do not probe or attack our systems, do not use automated tools to scrape it, and do not share your account credentials so that other people can use your subscription.

Some scenes simulate a video call and can use your camera and microphone. Camera video stays on your device and is never uploaded. Speech is turned into text on your device, and only that text reaches our servers, so the story can respond. You may decline both permissions and still play. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may add, change, or remove titles and features, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treezy Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

Your licence to use the app on an Apple device is granted by us and not by Apple, and Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and Google are third party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We revise the effective date at the top of this page, and we tell you in the app or by email if a change is significant. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
