Signing in
Treezy Play supports Sign in with Apple, Google, and email/password. Your watch history, bookmarks, and ending progress are tied to your account.
Your profile picture
Your avatar is resolved automatically when you sign in, from your Google profile, your Gravatar, or a generated monogram in Treezy's house style if neither exists. No setup needed.
Free vs. premium
Titles in the catalog are free to start. Some films or branches are part of Treezy Premium, unlocked with a subscription billed through your Apple ID.
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store, so all management happens there:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name → Subscriptions
- Select Treezy Play to change or cancel
Canceling keeps premium access until the end of the paid period.
Restoring purchases
New phone, reinstalled the app, or premium isn't showing? Sign in with the same Apple ID, then use Restore Purchases in the app's settings. If the subscription check can't reach the store, premium content stays locked until it succeeds, try again on a good connection.
Changing your password
Use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen (for email accounts) or Change Password in settings once signed in. Google and Apple sign-ins manage their own credentials.
Deleting your account
Account deletion is available in the app's settings, or email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
