Getting Started with Treezy Play

Treezy Play is an app for interactive films, movies where the story stops at key moments and asks you what happens next. Here's everything you need for your first playthrough.

1. Download and sign in

Treezy Play is free on the App Store for iPhone (Android is coming). Open it and sign in with Google, Apple, or email, your profile picture is set up automatically, and your progress syncs with your account.

2. Pick a film

The home screen is your marquee: every title currently showing, with its genre and description. Tap a poster to see details, watch a trailer, or start playing. Our flagship title is The Seminal Works of Dr. Tiffany Belle, a dark comedy with four branches and twenty-eight endings.

3. Play, and answer

An interactive film plays like a normal movie until a character needs something from you:

• Buttons appear over the scene, tap the choice you want.
• A FaceTime-style call comes in, accept it (she'll keep calling…).
• A text thread opens, tap a reply to send it.

Whatever you pick, the story bends around your answer, and the film keeps rolling. There's no pause-and-menu: it's designed to feel like the character is really talking to you.

4. If you do nothing…

Choices have a time limit. If the timer runs out, the character decides for you, and you'll see a note that she did. Freezing up is a valid strategy, but you live with the consequences.
